B. DIVERSION AFTER THE SHIPMENT HAS MOVED BEYOND
HONOLULU: (A)
A shipment consigned to CY at a port beyond
Honolulu may be diverted to a different Hawaii port
to which the rate applies, subject to a diversion
charge of $469.00, plus an additional charge of
$1805.00 per container less than 40 feet in length
or $2377.00 per container 40 feet in length or
greater. Diversion will not be accepted under this
paragraph for shipments in trailers.
B. DIVERSION AFTER THE SHIPMENT HAS MOVED BEYOND
HONOLULU: (A)
A shipment consigned to CY at a port beyond
Honolulu may be diverted to a different Hawaii port
to which the rate applies, subject to a diversion
charge of $469.00, plus an additional charge of
$1805.00 per container less than 40 feet in length
or $2377.00 per container 40 feet in length or
greater. Diversion will not be accepted under this
paragraph for shipments in trailers.
