A. When cargo in a single shipment exceeds the capacity
of one container, Carrier may, when requested by
Consignee, provide split delivery of such shipments
subject to the following conditions:
1. When such shipments are consigned for delivery at
CY the overflow portion of the shipment in one
container may be delivered at Carrier's Container
Freight Station in lieu of delivery at the
Container Yard.
2. This Rule will apply only when shipments are
subject to Rule 882 of this Tariff and then only on
the excess or "overflow" portion of the shipment
loaded into the last container.
