A. Except as provided in specific items, Carrier will not
issue more than one bill of lading for the contents of
any one container loaded by Shipper.
B. If Shipper loads more than one shipment into a single
container, Carrier will treat the total contents as one
shipment. If Shipper consigns part of the container
contents for delivery to one port of destination with
the balance to one or more other ports, Carrier will
tender the entire contents to Consignee at Honolulu as
a single shipment in accordance with the bill of lading
issued as per Paragraph A above.
