Except as otherwise provided in an individual Commodity
Item, the minimum total freight and charges (including
assessorial and arbitrary charges) per bill of lading
issued under provisions of this Tariff shall be $828.00.
(A)
EXCEPTION 1: Minimum total Bill of Lading freight and
charges (including assessorial and arbitrary charges) for
containers destined to Lanai shall be $5019.00 (A)
EXCEPTION 2: Minimum total Bill of Lading freight and
charges (including assessorial and arbitrary charges) for
containers destined to Molokai shall be $5019.00. (A)
NOTE:
Vehicles are excepted from this Minimum Bill of Lading
charge.
