A. The application of rates and rules is governed by the
date of receipt of the shipment and any tariff changes
shall be applied to a shipment received on or after
the effective date of such changes. Each container
which is part of a shipment received on more than one
day as authorized in Rule 110, Definition of Technical
Terms, shall be subject to the rates and rules in
effect on the date of receipt of that container.
B. Changes in such charges or provisions in Rule 504
(Free Time for Equipment and Detention Charges) shall
be made applicable to any equipment removed from the
CY on or after the effective date of such changes.
