History
In the event of significant potential delivery delay of
cargo due to service failure, Carrier may elect to pay for
and assist Customer in arranging for airfreight of enough
product to cover immediate market needs, subject to a
maximum payout of $20,000.00 per container.

If due to a service failure on the part of the Carrier, the
Carrier fails to deliver a POV as booked, the Carrier may,
at its discretion, reimburse the cargo owner for rental car
or transportation expenses or other expenses incurred by
the owner of the POV as a consequence of such delay. This
reimbursement shall not exceed expenses actually incurred
by the owner of the POV or  $100.00 per day, up to a
maximum of $800.00, whichever is less.
