Wharfage rates may be found in the following Sub-rules.
Generally, Wharfage charges will be assessed at the Cargo,
NOS levels. Exceptions will occur when a specific
Commodity Description is shown in the applicable terminal
location, and then the Wharfage rates, as indicated, will
apply.
EXCEPTION: Rates to or from named points as published in
the following sub-sections of this Tariff are not subject
to West Coast (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Oakland or Tacoma)
Wharfage Charges. Except as otherwise provided, rates
published in the following sub-sections are subject to
Hawaiian Wharfage Charges: (C)
Sub-section 06 (from U.S. & Canada Points to Hawaii)
Sub-section 07 (from U.S. & Canada Points to Hawaii)
Sub-section 09 (from Hawaii to U.S. & Canada Points)
