If a vehicle is tendered to Carrier for transportation
hereunder and the vehicle is so substantially damaged that
it is impossible for Carrier to document all of the damage,
Carrier may require the customer to agree to the terms of
the form set forth below, execute the form and deliver the
executed form back to Carrier prior to transporting the
vehicle.
EXISTING AUTO DAMAGE WAIVER
Due to the significant amount of existing damage to the
following described vehicle, it is impractical for Pasha
Hawaii Holdings, LLC to note all damage in our inspection
report. As a condition for Pasha Hawaii Holdings, LLC
agreeing to transport my vehicle, I/We agree to not claim
for any additional damage to our vehicle while in the care,
custody and control of Pasha Hawaii Holdings, LLC.
