PART 1 - Applicable at Carrier's West Coast or Hawaii Ports
Each vehicle will have eight days of storage free time at
Carrier's terminal beginning the first minute after
midnight of the day following unloading of the vehicle from
the Carrier's container, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
excluded.
Following the expiration of free time, a charge of
$18.00 per vehicle per day (or fraction thereof) will
apply, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays included.
Any accrued storage charges must be paid prior to release
of
the vehicle.
PART 2 - Additional Terms and Provisions
Carrier reserves the right to, at any time after expiration
of free time, place the vehicle into public storage, at
which point all expenses shall be for the account of the
vehicle owner.
