It is the responsibility of the Consignee to return empty
equipment in the same clean and ready-to-use condition as
it was received by the Shipper. Equipment returned in a
condition requiring cleaning by the Carrier will subject
the Consignee to a $245.00 per container cleaning fee. (A)
