Nothing in this Tariff shall require Carriers to pick up,
receive, or deliver goods or containers at locations where
conditions make it impractical to do so, or when prevented
from doing so because of fire, acts of God, acts of war,
riots, civil commotions, and strikes, lockouts, stoppages
or restraint of labor, or other labor disturbances.
When any of the foregoing conditions exist, notice will be
given to the Shipper that freight will be received only at
the Carrier's CFS, or to the Consignee that freight will
be delivered only at the Carrier's CFS.
