When Carrier is retained to perform drayage at an
inland point, a limited quantity hazardous trucking
surcharge will be $100 per container on placarded
hazardous materials for dangerous goods required to
be listed and described as such on shipping papers
prepared in accordance with 49 CFR Part 172,
subpart C, (49 CFR, Section 172.200 and following)
or on placarded dangerous goods manifests prepared
in accordance with Chapter 5.4 of the IMDG Code
(International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code).
