Through rates to or from the following locations may be
constructed by adding the prescribed per-container
arbitrary
charge as shown in this Rule. The per container arbitrary
charge shall be applicable in conjuction with a Tacoma, WA,
port rate, and then only if no through rate is available
from the tariff. For the purpose of constructing a through-
rate to or from the customer's door, the applicable
arbitrary charge may be applied on a Standby basis.
To calculate Drop-and-Pick service, double the Standby
Arbitrary.
