A Facilities Security Fee (FSF) of $21.68 for Honolulu
and $32.52 for Hawaii Neighbor Islands, per container or
stated unit, shall apply on all shipments moving into or
out of Hawaii ports on Carrier's vessels. This charge
will not apply on Explosives, Passenger Automobiles,
Assembled Home/Office Modules or Mobile Home/Office
