A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this rule,
Carrier will pay and advance freight or related
charges due other carriers, brokers, agents or
warehouseman subject to collection of ALL charges from
Shipper or Consignee.
B. Carrier will not subsequently issue any revised freight
bill based solely on a change in instructions
concerning advanced charges.
C. A request of advance charges will not be accepted on
the following shipments:
1. Household Goods and Personal Effects.
2. Shipments which include as part of the requested
advance, a charge for invoice value of the freight.
3. Shipments which, in the judgement of the Carrier,
would not bring at a forced sale the total amount
of freight charges including advance charges
payable at destination.
