1. Any article(s) tendered to Carrier requiring the
physical
transfer from equipment from equipment in or on which it
was transported, will be subject to prior arrangement with
Carrier.
2. Any cargo subject to 1 above or which exceeds any of the
dimensions of 38'11" length, 7'10" width or 6'6" height,
shall be subject to prior booking arrangements with
Carrier.
3. Prior arrangement includes rate filing in this tariff
prior to cargo delivery to Carrier.
4. Unless otherwise provided herein, cargo delivered to
Carrier requiring physical transfer without prior
arrangement shall be rated as Cargo, NOS, subject to
minimum
per container requirements, heavy lift and/or long length
charges and requirements and Over-Dimensional Rule 670, as
applicable.
