Except as otherwise provided below, or otherwise provided
in this Tariff, all rates and charges shall be subject to a
Fuel Adjustment Factor of 46.00%. (A)
To determine the amount of the Fuel Adjustment Factor
applicable to a rate or charge under provisions of this
Rule, first calculate the rate or charge then multiply the
rate or charge by .46. Where rates are in cents or
dollars and cents, fractions of 1/2 cent or more will be
increased to the next whole cent. Fractions of less than
1/2 cent will be dropped. Where rates are in whole dollars,
fractions of 1/2 dollar of more will be increased to the
next whole dollar. Fractions of less than 1/2 dollar will
be dropped. (A)
Provisions of this Rule will not apply to the following:
Rules: 161, 300, 340-F thru -H, 340-K, 345, 500, 504, 505,
540, 560, 568, 572, 752, 753, 820, 883, 910, 911, 915, 945
and 998.
