The Surface Transportation Board and users of this
Tariff are hereby given notice of a General Rate Increase
(GRI) to the rates and charges in this Tariff, to become
effective January 2, 2022.
Provisions are as follows:
I. TO HAWAII
$250.00 increase on WB Port or Motor ocean freight
and $350.00 increase on WB Intermodal ocean freight
assessed on a per container basis.
60 cent increase on ocean freight assessed on a per hundred
pound weight basis.
17 cent increase on ocean freight assessed on a per cubic
foot basis.
Rule 945 - Terminal Charges, will not be increased.
Rule 540 C - Hazardous Trucking Charges
will increase $25.00
Rule 540 G - Hazardous Materials Charges
will increase $25.00
Rates and Charges in Rules Section will increase by 4%,
with exceptions listed below:

NOTES:
1. "Port or Motor Ocean Freight" means rates to/from
Carrier's Terminals in California (see Rule 940), to/from
named points in California or Arizona transported via motor
vehicle, and to/from named points in the contiguous USA
when specifically noted as "all motor routing". See Rule
160: Application of Rates, section (A)(1) and (A)(3).
2. "Intermodal Ocean Freight" means rates to/from named
points in the contiguous USA (except California and
Arizona) transported using a combination of rail and motor
vehicle. See Rule 160: Application of Rates, section (A)
(3).
