- Access Date
- Set your access date by clicking the calendar tool and selecting the desired date from the monthly calendar. You may also input the date manually into the input box. Dates must use the following format: DDMMMYYYY (e.g. 30Apr2022). Use access dates to view tariff information from a historical or future perspective. This is a useful tool for viewing historical tariff items or for viewing future effective items on or after their effective date. Once you choose a new access date, click "Go" to load new tariff information. The access date will not load until the "Go" button is clicked.

- Use the dropdown menu to view available tariffs. Tariffs are sorted numerically by organization and tariff number. To search by keyword (any word in the tariff title), click on the "search" button directly next to the dropdown menu, if available.

- Searching Rates - Summary
- The "Search Rates" tab allows you to search for individual Tariff Rate Items (TRIs) in the selected tariff. This search tool allows you to search by commodity and filter further by several other rate details.
Searching for rates is a simple, two-step process:- Select one or more commodities from the list.
- View Results, or further filter results by the rate details
(origin/destination, rate basis, container size, container type)

- A list of all commodities filed in the selected tariff is shown in left hand selection box. Search this list of commodities using the "SEARCH COMMODITIES" search box. Your results will update automatically as you type.
Click on a commodity to generate a list of all active TRIs filed in that commodity as of the selected Access Date.
You may select more than one commodity by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on multiple commodity descriptions. You may also select an entire range of commodities by holding down the SHIFT key while clicking with your mouse.
Click the checkbox titled "Select ALL Commodites below" to select all commodities from the list. *Note* Loading times will vary when selecting ALL commodities, large amounts of data will take more time to load. - TRI results will be listed on the same page. Filter results further in the "Search TRIs" section. Type in the origin or destination specification and select a result from the dropdown list. You may further narrow your search by using the "Container Size", "Container Type", and/or "Rate Basis" dropdown menus. Click "Search" to update the TRI list with your search filters.
Your active search filters appear at the top of the TRI results list. Update these filters at any time by removing the filter (click the "X" icon next to the filter) or by using the fields above to add/change your active search filters and clicking SEARCH once again.

- Viewing Search Results
- Search results appear as a list organized by commodity and sorted by TRI number. The "View Details" link below each TRI will display complete TRI information in a separate page. The "History" button will provide historical filing information for the selected TRI. Historical rates contain a hyperlinked date. Click on this date link to show the historical rate details on a new page. This is a useful tool for viewing and tracking amendments to existing and historical rates.
- Use the print icon at the upper right hand corner of the window to print your search results or TRI details at any time.
