Rate Notes: 1. Rates in this item are specific, and apply only when
the
shipping document makes reference to this item.
2. Rate includes the return of pallets and/or cardboard
separators from Hawaii CY to Pacific Coast CY which moved
under load to Hawaii under rates as provided in this item.
Shipper must certify that the pallets and cardboard
separators so returned comply with the provisions of this
note. Shipper on the return must be the consignee on the
westbound shipment to Hawaii and consignee on the return
must be the shipper on the westbound shipment to Hawaii.
At Carrier's request shipper shall furnish shipment
numbers of westbound shipments.
