Rate Notes

1. Rates in this Item apply on cargo in flatrack containers
only.
2. As an exception to Rule 520, cargo moving under this
Item may extend beyond the perimeter in width up to two
inches (2") per side.
3. Any article used in construction of a house or building
which is permanently installed not listed in this Item
may be included in mixed flatrack containerloads at an
additional charge of $12.16 per 100 lbs. Such articles
may not exceed 10% of the total weight of the flatrack.
4. Rates in this item include West Coast Wharfage.
5. Shipments to Neighbor Islands are subject to a Neighbor
Island Wharfage Differential per tariff rule 998-K.
6. Wooden I-Joist Beams, Arches and Trusses;
may move with other cargoes described in this Item at a
rate of $9.99 per 100 lbs. NEX: 10,000 lbs per
container.
7. Iron or Steel Articles may move with other cargoes
described in this Item at a rate of $10.92 per 100 lbs.
8. Shakes or Shingles, Wooden may move with other cargoes
described in this Item at a rate of $8.35 per 100 lbs.
9. Roofing Materials may move with other cargoes described
in this Item at a rate of $11.25 per 100 lbs.
10. Gypsum Wallboard or Plasterboard may move with other
cargoes described in this Item at a rate of $8.08 per
100 lbs.
11. Plastic Fencing may move with other cargoes described
in this Item at a rate of $21.02 per 100 lbs.
