Rate Notes

NOTE 1: This item will not apply on cargo requiring the
use of temperature controlled containers.

NOTE 2: Cat or Dog Food may also be included with
Foodstuffs for shipment under provisions of this item.

NOTE 3: The following commodities may also be included
with Foodstuffs for shipment under rate in this item
provided no single commodity exceed 5% of the total weight
in each shipment: Diapers, Paper or Cellulose, Pot
Scourers, Plastic and Paper Articles, Toothpicks, and
Matches.

NOTE 4: Rate includes the return of pallets and cardboard
separators from Hawaii Cy to Pacific Coast CY which moved
loaded to Hawaii under rates in this item. Shipper must
certify that the pallets and cardbaord separators so
returned comply with the provisions of this Note. Shipper
on the return must be the consignee on the westbound
shipment to Hawaii and consignee on the return must be the
shipper on the westbound shipment to Hawaii. At Carrier's
request shipper shall furnish shipment numbers of westbound
shipments.

NOTE 5: Rates in this item include West Coast
Wharfage. (C)
