Vehicles, Passenger, NOS, exceeding 260" in overall length
or 84" in overall width or 84" in overall height.

**NOTICE: Oversized Vehicles cannot be accepted for
movement on a Destination CFS basis to the Neighbor
Islands.

NOTE 1. Vehicles must be in operating condition when
tendered for shipment and must be either licensed or
qualified to be licensed for operation on public streets or
highways. If the vehicle is not in operating condition, it
will be rated as Cargo NOS, under Item 0200-00-0500.

NOTE 2. Rates are subject to minimas per RULE 670-A,
Overdimensional Cargo, except that "Overdimensional" in
this Item shall be defined as exceeding
38'11"x8'x8'4"(LWH).

NOTE 3. Commodities other that Personal Effects or
Household Goods may be transported within a closed truck
rated under this Item at an additional charge of $2.11 per
cubic foot of such cargo, computed on the full interior
cubic freight capacity of the truck. The contents must be
declared fully on the shipping document. Truck must be
securely locked. Hazardous cargo may not be included. If
cargo is shipped other than in accordance with this NOTE,
such cargo shall be charged for under Item 0200-00-0500,
Cargo NOS, of this tariff in addition to the charges for
the truck under this Item.

NOTE 4. The rate in this Item will also apply to a pick-up
truck with a shell either attached or built in covering the
bed, the truck and shell exceeding 260 inches in length, 84
inches in height or 96 inches in width.

NOTE 5. Rate is subject to stuffing and stripping charges
as applicable per RULES 160-D and 160-E.
