LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS, HAZARDOUS, UN1972, CLASS 2.1 in
SHIPPER-OWNED CRYOGENIC TANKS

Rate Notes

All shipments tendered under this item must be booked
sufficiently in advanced so that Carrier can make
arrangements as required for the protection of such cargo
at origin CY. Booking of cargo subject to this item will be
accepted only when shipper/consignee have complied with all
applicable permit and hazardous notification requirements
of cognizant government authorities at both loading and
discharge ports.

Shipper and Consignee shall jointly and severally indemnify
and hold harmless Carrier from and against any and all
expenses for or connected in any way with fees, fines or
tolls, assessed or imposed by government authority or other
party on equipment removed from CY.

The total cost of recouping any spillage resulting from
shipper negligence will be for the account of the shipper
including the replacement cost of all equipment supplies
and materials.

The use of Carrier owned or leased chassis for hauling
cargo under this Item is prohibited. (C)
