- 1. Rate is proportional and applies only on cargo consigned
to:
- 285 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, HI 96819.
2. Rates include Hawaii and West Coast wharfage.
3. Rates subject to Rule 752 - Stop in Transit - Unload.
Shipper may move one container of SIT cargo for every
three containers of non-SIT cargo.
4. Rates include the return of empty pallets from Carrier's
Hawaii CY to Carrier' s West Coast CY which moved loaded to
Hawaii under rates in this item. Shipper must certify that
pallets so returned comply with the provisions of this
Note. Rates are not subject to Rule 900.
5. Rates apply only when Y Hata/Y-N, Inc. is the bill-to
party.
6. Shipments may include one pallet of Promotional Items.
7. Shipments may include up to two pallets of Food Labels.
8. Shipment may include Restaurant Equipment NEX 10% of
total shipment weight.
9. Shipments may include Freezer Components.
