RESTAURANT SUPPLIES, REFRIGERATED, FOR GOLDEN STATE FOODS

Rate Notes
1. For these rates to apply shipment must be consigned to
Golden State Foods.

2. Rates not subject to Rule 998-B and 998-D west coast
wharfage charges.

3. Shipments may include up to 500 CFT or 10,000 lbs of
Restaurant Equipment and Furnishings.

4. The return of empty pallets, empty wooden crates,
cardboard separators, intermediate bulk containers and
metal mobile containers from Hawaii CY to Pacific Coast
CY Shipper is allowed under this item. Shipper must
certify that the pallets, wooden crates, cardboard
separators, intermediate bulk containers and metal
mobile containers so returned comply with the provisions
of this Note and Rule 900.

Pallet Return shipments are subject to the Hawaii
Wharfage charge only.

Containers may include up to two pallets of damaged or
unusable Restaurant Foodstuffs, Supplies and Equipment,
including Toys. Eastbound booking and shipping
instructions must declare "Returned Cargo - two
pallets", or provision will not apply.

5. As an exception to Rule 505, rates include 15 free time
calendar days at destination.

6. As an exception to Rule 505(1) (D), when the final
destination of a portion of the cargo in a container is
Hilo, Kahului, Kawaihae or Nawiliwili and the balance of
the cargo in that container is destined to Honolulu,
both dry and reefer containers stopped in transit in
Honolulu for partial unloading shall be returned to the
Carrier's container yard within 15 calendar days of the
container being removed from the Carrier's yard.

7. For containers including Stop In Transit Service on the
island of Oahu having an exception to Rule 505, free
time will commence with the first 0001 hours (1 minute
after midnight) following discharge of the last
westbound container. Should the first 0001 hours
following discharge of the last westbound container
occur on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, then free time
will start at 0001 hours on the first workday
thereafter, and shall be a total of 15 days, not
including the hours of any Saturday, Sunday or
Holiday. (C)
